When I built my listening room some eight years ago I was advised implementing a good surround system, playing Surround SA CDs as well as supporting the movie system.

My source for music is an Esoteric x01  Limited.

The preamplifier and the 5 channel amp are Meridian G68 and G55, the additional other 2 channels are feeded by the WAVAcs.

While the front speakers are the Bavarian Voice 88 (plus subs in digital mode) coming with an additional Wilson center speaker the rear side speakers are from Piega,  the rear speakers made by Wilson Benesch.

To be very honest I am not using this system so frequently. Nevertheless it is a stunning experience when an excellent Surround SACD is playing or you are watching a Surround Movie Blue Ray.
