I figured that he had passed. He was a frequent poster on Raul’s MM vs MC thread but hasn’t been present in many months.

Henry convinced me to buy a defect Victor T-101 direct drive from Canada. I did and succeeded in restoring this wonderful player. This year it went back to Connecticut to a new US owner.

The tt81 9s almost as good as the 101 or 801. They are cheap, but it is a large job to repair, they contain MANY caps that have to be changed. They are fron 1981-86!
