AS Titan Grand Complication

the Acoustical Systems Titan arm in a perfectly adjusted way.

you see height adjustment (first image). The VTA-tower German-made y-micrometer allows height adjustment with a read-out scale down to 1ym (=1/1000 mm!). The lateral balance ( second picture, right rearward drive) and anti skating adjustment (left forward drive). VTF setting is done by the static micrometer and the other driven dynamic tracking force (dynamic VTF) moving the magnetic counter bar towards the shielded neodymium magnet located at the lower side of the counterbar.

the upright micro-meter drive is the magnetic non-touch VTF.

Antiskating (left bar besides of Dynamic VTF)

using the non touch dynamic VTF during the playment of the record you can optimise the sound in a very precise way without changing other parameters. You may position the location of the TA coils as it is not done in any case. You will optimise the performance of the cartridge in the TITAN GC in a way as it is not possible with any other tonearm.

it is the most expensive tonearm in the market, no wonder regarding the material, Titan, the double shielded inner cabling, the silver litz and the precise adjusting parameters. The OMA headshell and the Ortofon 100 cartridge are good partners in this set up.

consolidated Audio SUT, Kondo M7 phono and EMT JPA66 in preamp function are the units leading to the WAVACs
