tube based DAC

I think after testing this is a wonderful DAC with 4 tubes  ECC-81/12AT7 and 4 BB PCM1704  (Burr Brown chips). I added an Atomic Word Clock connection allowing the input selector on the internal chip.

Lector S-192 Digicicode with external power supply. Just great. Stefan, you were right with your assessment.

  1. I think its lovely when there is tubes in dac. This gives more flesch and blood, and some more music magic.

    • Massimo,
      It is a wonderful DAC. I am just testing with NOS tubes. Give me some time to come back again. The two Burr Brown chips and the circuit around provide a warm and excellent sound.
