it is a tube based machine with a modern Butterfly Head (a second interchangable head carrier as well) sounding just great! It was completely revised four years ago and is in superb condition. Quite a rare piece. The counter is on 2184 hours. Maybe I will sell it as I am running out of space.

I can’t beleive so few hours. That makes this one truly special. The C-37 is magic.
E. is your C-37 playback only? I have found one hear in Chicago and it is playback only. Such a beautiful machine. In need of heads soon, but sounding better than anything I have ever heard. So I am wondering if your machine is playback only? Also if you could let me know where you sourced the butterflyvheads from?

yes, both head sets are recording & playback. got my butterfly heads from the seller of the C37 in Austria.
