More Stereo…

Eliminating a mono-chain on my “double-cheeseburger” by demounting the original old EMT 997 (banana) arm and the EMT mono cart I instead put the Continuum Copperhead arm with the My Sonic Labs Eminent BC cart onto the table. The mono combination was running to the Miyajima Mono SUT which I sold. I still have a true mono chain with my Audiospecials Monophonic phono pre and the Mono-Ortofon A-95 on my Denon M-100 direct drive.

It is a wonderful additional Stereo sound experience. Nothing else!

I am using a Jorgen Schou step up transformer. It is an old but excellent one.

when using the UNIprotractor or any other gauge watch out that the needle hits the point but also look at the cart’s body, should be in parallel to the lines.

  1. Dear Eckart,
Simply beautiful… including the Winds ALM… once again simply the very best which not always is the most expensive or hyped.
    All the best!

    • Dear Alessandro,
many thanks. It is funny what you can do when owning several good tables, arms and carts. Not mentioning the SUTs, phono pres etc. It is always a surprise about the outcome. You never know. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
This time I am fascinated about the good transfer capabilities of the 3D Copperhead tonearm. The wiring by Acoustical Systems did its part too.
      Best
      E.
