just a few months after I was born to this world these gentlemen recorded that wonderful sessions at Rudy van Gelder Studios: Kenny Drew, George Morrow, Max Roach, Kenny Durham, Wade Legge and – Sonny Rollins !

I am not sure whether they could assume that one day of the 70th anniversary of the recording I would keep a beautiful mono record in my hands, playing it in True Mono (excellent with Koetsu Coralstone Mono) on my system. Nevertheless it was a great event. I was lucky to get a Japanese Mono recording.
