This post has really made me think. I don’t believe I have ever heard a bad recording from this label. I have hundreds of their titles. The recordings are among my favorites, both analog and digital. How I wish they were around to record Bill Evans trio! (A personal favorite)

You ´ re right. What would we do without Manfred Eicher, our collection would be smaller? I hope the new Keith Jarett will be issued on vinyl too. Bill Evans Trio made some significant records, well recorded in the years they played.
